Four Main Body Areas

- Releases hip, gluteal and hamstring tension and pressure.
- Improves circulation and relaxation in calf and lower leg muscles.
- Improving hip, knee and ankle alignment and strength.
- Improving these areas may assist walking, jogging, balance and posture, as well as tight and cramping muscles, sciatica or leg circulatory or ankle swelling issues.
