Safety Precautions for Usage

DO NOT MODIFY
The patented MyFitness Chair spring-loaded foot pedal system is safely designed to operate with the selected loading. Any modification to the structure voids all warranty.

WEIGHT LIMIT
The chair is designed for normal usage for individuals weighing less than 300 lb (136kg).

USAGE LIMITATIONS
We only recommend the exercises described in this user’s manual for MyFitness Chair. We do not recommend standing or kneeling on the chair.

Miscellaneous
i. PETS – if you have household pets, please consider a cover to avoid clawing, scratching and damage to the material. Ensure pets are kept safely away from the chair when operating the pedals.
ii. CHILDREN - Children and teenagers should be carefully instructed on chair safety instructions before being allowed to use. We do not recommend ages under 12 years of age years old to operate the chair without adult supervision.
iii. Take care to prevent toddlers and children from being near the apparatus when using the exercise mode.

Assembly Guide
Make sure MySmartfit Chair is
properly assembled before use.
Seated
There are two positions of seated exercises
facing front and facing side, allowing a convenient leg, hip and spine release.
Standing
Facing back (toward the chair) and facing side in the standing give multiple options for improving leg
strength, balance, and spinal control.
Kneeling
With a mat under the knees, facing back and side offer exceptional spinal release positions as well
as core and pelvic floor stimulation.
Floor
With an exercise mat there are seated exercises front, back and side,
as well as lying face down in a swimming position.
