Make sure MySmartFit Chair is properly assembled before use.

Seated

There are two positions of seated exercises facing front and facing side, allowing a convenient leg, hip and spine release.

Standing

Facing back (toward the chair) and facing side in the standing give multiple options for improving legstrength, balance, and spinal control.

Kneeling

With a mat under the knees, facing back and side offer exceptional spinal release positions as well as core and pelvic floor stimulation.

Floor

With an exercise mat there are seated exercises front, back and side, as well as lying face down in a swimming position.
